Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, batting gloves and bat grips cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. All sales of these items are final once opened or used.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for approval and instructions – we’ll respond within 2 business days
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your return instructions
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a return and cover all shipping costs. Once we receive the defective item, we will ship a replacement at no additional charge or process a full refund if preferred.
